Hi,

I've got a load of MP3s on a spare hard drive and want to be able to play them back through my hi-fi. I want to do this cheaply, so am looking for an external HDD media enclosure, with remote control and a built-in display that will let me browse directories, select and play files and preferably allow me to create playlists, all without being connected to an external display.

I've seen several enclosures advertised with built-in displays, including the Sumvision Cyclone and (I think) ICYbox that both look good, but I don't know whether their screens allow me to do what I need.

If you can tell me any more about either of these enclosures, or can recommend one that will do what I want, I would be very pleased to hear from you.

Andy if your after somethng like display of artist song etc info then the Cyclone is no good its just a glorified counter
