How to stream direct from server to amp

Currently I have a music system that has a few seperate PCs each with their own music on them. This in particualr includes an HP Touchsmart PC with SilverJuke on it and this streams the music via an Azurewave music infinity to a router next to an amp that feeds some of the house via cables to speakers. This has great quality sound (I used great cables!) but suffers from buffering problems I seem unable to cure. However next to the amp is a free PC I'd like to use as a music server directly connecting it to the amp.

So I'd like my TouchScreen PC to have SilverJuke on it and when it plays the music I'd like it to play from the sound card in the server through the adjacent amp rather than through the remote PC's speakers and by using the Azurwave to get the music to the amp.

I have no idea how to do this and I'd appreciate any pointers.
