Playing bdmv files

I have come across a file of a blu-ray movie. It is in a format which is new to me. I think it is some kind of image of the blu-ray disc. There are lots of folders such as Audio_TS, Meta, Playlist & Stream. The Stream folder contains *.mt2s files.

I have in the past been able to stream *.ts files to my Snazio. Is there any way to convert these blu-ray files so they would play?

TIA

You "came across" the files-don't you mean you downloaded them from usenet?

Anyway, the only program that can play these via a PC is PowerDVD Ultra.
