PS3 Media Server will not find PS3

I am unsure what else to try, after I got it working by forcing the IP, I had to format and now forcing the IP is not working.

I dunno what else to try.

I am using Windows 7

my PS3 is seeing TVersity and Windows Media Player fine, but they are both PANTS.
