Manchester City & Manchester United new kits?
How do you think these two look .....
Manchester United home 2009/10 season
Obviously United have not decided on a sponsor for next season but I think this traditional design looks rather good. I'm sure they'll sell about 100 million of them!
Manchester City home 2009/10 season
see later in the thread
Your opinions?

Re: Manchester City & Manchester United new kits?
Is the Utd one confirmed yet ? Pictures have been doing the rounds for a while now . Have seen one with Saudi Telecom as the sponser .
Funilly enough , when I took FiL and JS Jnr to have their pictures taken with the Milk Cup and Johnsons Paint Trophy last week at Kenilworth Road , Luton were wearing the Away version of the kit back in 1906ish

have to say, do NOT like the new united one. however didn't like the semi retro that was before the current one either on first view but ended up loving it..

I remember watching Panorama or some such show regarding Football shirts. and it was revealed that pictures are released in the hope of throwing the counterfeiters off the right track . Counter fitters spend a fortune making shirts that look like the sneak peaks and then stuggle with the real deal .
May have been The Money Programme
Anyhow judgement is still out for me

Re: Manchester City & Manchester United new kits?
The City one looks fine, but I don't like the Utd one. It looks even worse than the drawstring one a few years back. Will they have the big baggy shorts to go with it?
I'm not a fan of retro kits being used in games.

Re: Manchester City & Manchester United new kits?
Anyone else notice that all the coaching staff / physios were all wearing new United tracksuits on Wednesday night with the V down the front? One of my United mates noticed and so it looks pretty certain that's the design they're going with .....

Re: Manchester City & Manchester United new kits?
Its only new in the sense of it being a Man Utd design... go into Niketown on Oxford Street and you see the oversized mugs of Fabregas, Nadal and Henry telling you 'V' is for 'Victory'

Re: Manchester City & Manchester United new kits?
I must be in the minority then, as love that Utd one.
Think it's fake, but hoping it's real. Big fan of retro kits, as long as they're fitted.
