Re: Stunning debute goal

Man Utd have been poor for weeks, don't kid yourself folks all that talk about the clean sweep, well it seems to be very quiet all of a sudden. Yes, quality debut goal but Man Utd deserved nothing more than a point and five minutes extra time, bah!!!.

Funny how Sir Alex done an interview today, has he had scottish flu the last few weeks, nobodies seen him, ah well at least he's better, thank god....

Also before you ask yes Man Utd will blow the league i tell ya!!!

Re: Stunning debute goal

liverpool were poor earlier in the season, it's about the 38 games not a small run, the fact that united are still top, with a game in hand despite playing poorly for weeks shows that we would be worthy champions if we do go on to win it, which hopefully the win against villa will propel us on to do.

Let's be honest, if he'd posted some similar remark about Liverpool we wouldn't hear the end of it, people like kopchoir would be throwing his toys out of the pram.

Its called passion
Toys out of the pram not really Ed as a massive liverpool fan i can take the rough with the smooth as a football fan i appreciate good football that was played by aston villa yesterday

The only problem with me is i talk more sense than most on here about football just ask my fellow liverpool fans and the manchester united fans on here, dont get me started though as LSC SL will be about soon and telling us all how manchester united destroyed the opposition yesterday
Ed I just tell it like it is mate some people just can`t cope with it its sad but im afraid true. The goal yesterday was as important as steve bruce, mark robbins, ole gunnar sol but whilst manchester united fans and sir alex paper over the cracks with their dismal performances i will concentrate on my own team.

Wether Manchester united win the league or liverpool do its not been boring, my team are in a title race for the first time in almost 20 years so im enjoying it, watching Sir alex and the rest of the Man u fans look over there shoulder at the old enemy coming for them is fun,Sir alex priorities have changed he wont want us winning that league as retirement will have to be put back"when i came here my aim was to knock Liverpool right off their pirch" mark my words if it isnt this year it will be next Liverpool football club are back in domestic competiton and boy have i missed it.

Kop

Just to settled the stupid remarks about Man Utd's mysterious 5 mins extra time esp over on the BBC 606 site:

Liverpool had 4 mins extra time against Fulham, scored in the 92 min

Man Utd had 5 mins extra time against Villa, scored in 93 min

So whats the problem?

Even read on 606 site some Liverpool fans moaning that the FA should investigate the extra 5 mins the ref awarded.......

As if!!!!

Reddevil63, investigate the 5 mins, thats stupid but would it not have been better clearing up sir alex's dissapearing act for post-match analysis everytime man utd dont get a result. Its pathetic to be honest, any other manager spitting their dummy out would be slaughtered by the press, sir alex....well gotta keep him sweet have'nt we

Most of us other liverpool fans think you're a blinkered fool most of the time that likes to tell us you know more about football than anyone on the planet.
