Advice on Running Machine - £300 ?

Past few weeks I've been at various hotels on business and got back into running on the treadmill ... really want to get myself one for the garage.

And yes I know there will be those who say "dont waste your money, get out there and pound the streets" Well I find after a few weeks of road-running my knees start to play up - wheras I find I get much less issue on a tread-mill.

Trouble is I dont know where to start in terms of getting a decent machine, and even if you can for £300 (or close to)

Any help much appreciated.

thanks,

Nigel
