well, sort of. they actually placed some ridiculous safety mechanism on their site where they place a cookie with long validity after each order onto your computer that should prevent you from placing a next order. you just clear cookies or start another browser and it all works fine.
there are two more points about master card orders.
first, noone is forced to have that credit card and there is no legal way to prevent your spouse, parent or a friend to pay for you, and second, (you might not believe this) there is no name check during online validity check for master card (i worked on one online shop creation and was shocked to find that out)
the whole story with tickets is just a big business and as long as they sell out they are fine with anything.
one more story: (might be interesting) last summer during euro ticketing process, uefa doublechecked all names and suspended some tickets (i think starting with 4 or 5 successfull orders) , but only those paid thru wire transfer. they never touched anyone who paid thru master. ridiculous, insn't it? don't touch main sponsor - he pays a lot!!!!
so all in all, don't be afraid to walk around the fence a bit. if you really want to go, you should be able to get what you need.
