Well Southgate's stated that He doesn't need to sell anyone in order to finance the deal, I think he's been able to convince Gibson that we're short of firepower.

Woodgate's a good defender when he's fit and when he wants to be but Pogatetz, Wheater and Huth have been far more impressive with the opportunities they've had since he's been here, in all honesty I'd be disappointed to see him go but I certainly won't lose any sleep over it.
