Captain Terry happy to step aside

Terry has 39 England caps - 10 as captain

John Terry insists he would be happy to hand over the England captaincy if asked to by new manager Fabio Capello.
Terry, who is currently out with a foot injury, believes he will be fit for the Switzerland friendly on 6 February. But the Wembley international could also mark Beckham's 100th England cap and he could be handed the armband. "It would be great for his family for him to have the armband. But it doesn't matter who is captain. It's a decision I will fully respect," said Terry.
