No, we'll just show Liverpool how it's really done.

Besides, I don't see Tottenham's name anywhere.

This is the Champions League draw, not the Carling Cup draw!

Really pleased with the draw from Chelsea's perspective. I'm looking forward to the Arsenal/Milan game as well.

AC Milan are currently 11th in the league without a single home win all season, Arsenal on song will hammer them at the moment.

Glad we've got Inter, top of the table, unbeaten - just as we like them

Re: Champions League First Knockout Stage Draw

Looking at that, Liverpool's job is the hardest, but not beyond them. Chelsea and Man Utd have been given byes into the next round. Arsenal should be able to beat AC Milan, who are having a poor season. Their best player, Kaka may be a Real Madrid player by then anyway.

I agree. As long as Benitez hasn't been on the sauce the night before and plays his best 11 then I don't see why Liverpool can't progress. They certainly have the players, just not all out on the pitch at the same time sometimes!

You think Celtic will have a better chance of beating Barcelona?

Of the English clubs I should have put. On paper, Barca should be able to beat Celtic home & away. I'd love it if Celtic did get through though.

Seriously, I think Celtic have a chance. Barcelona are the last team that Celtic managed to take points off away from home. If they can beat them at home then I think they have a good chance.

to be honest i dont think man utd have got byes into the next round lyon are a cracking team
full of good players
Grosso
Kallstrom
Benzema
Baros
Keita
Govou
Fred
Juninho
Ben Arfa
Its not as easy as it seems to be honest
we just need to hope united are tight at the back

i agree, i can't believe everyone is writing off Lyon so quickly, they are a tricky team coming to form at the right time.

Also, does the draw as posted mean that united will face Chelsea in the next round if they both win or will there be another draw later???
