Who would you say, of the top flight teams, do you dislike the most and why??

Sunderland - great fans, and we (Derby) have had a couple of good games against them over recent years, but... well... Roy Keane. Even typing his name makes me grind my teeth.

For being "The world's greatest football club TM" and having absolutely no statistic that backs that up at all.

and for having a large amount of support that never go to a game and live nowhere near Manchester.

My most hated team is West Ham and has everything to do with last season which i'm still bitter about (i'm a Blade by the way)

Liverpool for me.Have disliked them ever since I was a kid and it`s no different now.Mind you,there are a few that are only a whisker away from them,but I`m not going to name the two north london clubs,because that would be wrong.

I was expecting a lot of "we hate Chelsea" posts.

I have to say, Liverpool do wind me up a lot. They wine, they moan, they're dirty and their fans attack ambulances...

However, I’d have to say Man United. For similar reasons, but with a little more arrogance and a "we should be treated in a special way" attitude that permeates the whole club.

How much effect does the team's manger have on this then?

I don't like Fergie or Rafa... Wenger isn't too bad... Mour was a bit of a wind up merchant.

It's makes a big difference to people's perceptions IMO. For example I can't remember Chelsea players surrounding the ref all the time and moaning at every decision before Maureen took over. That sort of thing gets noticed and it annoys people. I used to think the reason alot of friends/collegues disliked Chelsea was because of the money, okay that has to be a part of it, but I think that the Manager was the main reason.

Although I do miss his interviews on MOTD, they were hilarious sometimes.

Now i'm back to hating Fergie the most again

I only included the top 6ish teams because I know there's always pretty heavy local rivalries in places and didn't want these getting involved... sorry if I missed any team out that you really hate.

Thats's quite an unusual list, apart from Man U & Chelsea which have their fair amount of detractors, what's the likes of Bolton, Wigan & Sheff Utd done wrong?

The rivalry with arsenal is quite healthy i reckon but chelsea are a fly by night outfit..

A banner with Stockport on it eh? So that means because six lads from Stockport go on Soccer AM we're all from there? How far is Stockport from Manchester ....... a damn sight closer than London, Bristol, Milton Keynes and Thailand my friend.

And secondly your data from the MMU needs correcting.

Manchester United had a higher NUMBER of season ticket holders from within M postcodes, whereas City had a higher PERCENTAGE of season ticket holders within this postcode.

Still, we got a mention from you - so we can't be that far off your radar eh? And only two points behind now ........

I don't really dislike any team at the moment, although in the past 20 years I've periodically gone off Arsenal, Man Utd, Spurs & West Ham, in that order. I can't even remember why I disliked Spurs now.

I'm surprised at the level of animosity towards Liverpool. I've never had a problem with them myself. The only a-hole Liverpool fan I've ever met was from Keighley.

I'll support any British team in European competition, regardless.

As a Chelsea fan I feel like it is pre-determined that I should hate spurs. But, as said above, why?

And to be honest, I don't think I do. I mean, I love winding spurs supporters up, but what have I got against them?

Liverpool have beaten Chelsea in a very unfair fashion in the past and their supporters are smug gits (can I say gits??!!), man u just ask to be hated, especially with ol’ red nose at the helm.

But Tottenham? We've been wiping our floors with them for the past 15 years. What's to hate about that? In fact, I want to play them more often!

otherwise would be Liverpool cause half my friends support them and boast having such a good supporter set but when I went to watch Liverpool Ci sitting in the away stand they were out sung by the MancBlues

although not a fan a city espeically with their new owner because my dad best friend has become rather smug making jokes saying they're going to buy crigman
