Am quite a happy gers fan tonight with the Gers signing DMB, any Manchester City fans comment on how he did for them, i know he didnt get a lot of games but did score a couple of decent goals and looked pretty fast and skilful, he was superb I remember for PSV a couple of seasons ago.

What do you city fans think?

i'm not a City fan but i think DMB is quite good and very quick. Hopefully the Gers can get some more quality signings though to challange next season !! (which they will need !!)

As a City fan I wasn't at all impressed with Beasley.

He did score a couple of goals away at Arsenal and at West Ham but overall looked lacking in several areas. Not the tallest, not the quickest and very easily knocked off the ball. Very weak in the tackle too. And for a winger he didn't get many crosses in and certainly couldn't beat a full back.

Sorry for being so down on him but I think the fact that we got him in January and released him in May tells its own story.
