First time you've done it in the cathedral of rugby that is Twickenham. You palyers all picked from foreign fields forced to travel economy and to practice on waste grounds. Your team has little match practice and yet you make no excuses neither for that or your lengthy injury list. On match day your players are paid the paltry sum of £800 but they play with so much pride because their shirt truly means something to them. More to the point they are true gentlemen maganimous in defeat and victory. Your domestic setup is also a shambles given that your RU refuses to countenance a professional league which is why so many of you play both here and in France. For the past couple of years I have seen Argentina improving every season and they are now right up there.
While it was a pathetic display from England, all credit goes to Argentina for forcing that (Maybe a little help from Robinson ).
This result will show they will be able to compete in any future 7 Nations
(Also, wish them luck next weekgoing for there 5th win over France in a row )

Well can't say I have been interested in Rugby for about 4 years now. I used to watch England all the time, since the Will Carling days, but once the world cup was won it was a bit like well.....all subsequent games just dont feel as important.
Anyway...according to the pre-match build up on the radio it was almost impossible for england to loose this match because the argies hadn't played since August and had 5 of thier top players out.
How fall have England fallen?

Well done Argentina.
Not having Sky, I didn't watch the match but listened to it on the Radio.
Where does this leave England? I am not an England supporter (Wales are my team, but I am not a WUM) so I have not really been paying attention to the detail of their recent games.
Many people are demanding the head of Andy Robinson, is he the main reason for their loss, or have thay just lost their best players through retirement and injury? Is it a genuine slump in the quality of their players, or is it down to the tactics?
Being a Wales supporter, I'll own up to having the odd chuckle at Englands recent results, but now even I am worried for England.
a minor hitch or complete meltdown?

a minor hitch or complete meltdown? | Me thinks there is a genuine lack of quality. Some of the displays out there were simply woeful. Not one could claim to be a potential Lion. They actually got booed of the pitch by their own supporters which has bnever happened before. It will be interesting to see how they react for next weeks match. I dont hold much hope!
I blame the clubs or churning out inadequate players. One only has to see how badly they are playing in the Heineken cup
