No surprise really, hard to attract a big name to the mackems.
I like Quinny though and in a perverse way i wish them well...
Nothing compares to playing sunderland for us.

Glenn Roder, looks like newcastle suffered the same problem.
If they spend the money there talking about they should do well, but like there rivals there probably waiste millions.

Tbh it's a sad state of affairs when clubs with support bases of 40,000 plus cannot get any 'names' to touch the managers job. Or does it just reveal the absolute dearth of English managerial talent coming through these days? Just look at the top five in England 'hot seats' in the prem. Four foreigners - and one martian!
Does Quinn, who is a nice enough guy mind, have any real experience here? Being 'nice' isn't going to get Sunderland back in the prem - and keep them there.

Yeah we waste a lot, spell checker for the yids?....
Appointing himself as manager could prove a "Gross" mistake.
Absolute gent Quinny mind, gave his £1million testimonial purse to charity, huge fan base as well, a lot bigger than say, a small london club..
