England v Sri Lanka - 3rd test
This looks like it could now be a cracking test match. Murali in the last innings should be great to watch. It wasn't pretty but Collingwood's innings was a little gem. Does anyone else have the feeling that Sri Lanka could sneak this one?

The action certainly is very strange.
I don't follow cricket as much as I used to, but I assume there has been discussions in the cricket world as to whether it is a legal bowling action or not?
To me it looks more of a 'chuck' than a 'bowl'.

I don't think it will go to five days which is a shame as my day four tickets give me free entry on the fifth day too.
The pitch is a worry as it seems tailor made for Murali and bowling last on it will give the Sri Lankans a huge advantage.
One of the problems with Malinga's unusual action is that his hand at release is sometimes in front of the umpire which can make it difficult for the batsman to see the ball.

Since I won't pay for sky, cricket has nothing to do with me anymore.
Didn't even know they were playing.

I don't like the idea of having to get sky just to watch cricket but watching the highlights on channel 5 is becoming not enough.

Flintoff,
Do you not see all the action when you're playing?
Why do you need to watch it on C5 later?

I've gotta say, the first ball i seen him bowl i thought he chucked it.
Ian j...there is a good chance for you to watch a 5th day now if Sri Lanka bat on a bit. But can England survive that long?

Murali going like a train now, he's taken 5 wickets so far, England will be lucky to bat tommorow

I was invited out for lunch tomorrow so at least I won't have to make any difficult decisions.
The last wicket stand was interesting as Monty looked quite accomplished as he despatched Sri Lanka's finest to all corners of Trent Bridge and he even had the yobs sitting right next to me singing "Who needs KP, We've got Montee"

Well, what an absolutley fantastic display of bowling by Murali. It would be easy to say England batted badly, but on most wickets Murali would and has done the same to every team. At least in the one dayers he can only bowl 10 overs.
Ian j...I've never been to a match, even though Edgbaston is down the road, when watching live do you get to see everything, i mean could you see how good Murali's bowling was, like you could on tv.
