Got to work this morning to find a note on my desk with a phone number. I'm waiting for a SkyHD install and the number looked like Sky's, so I rang it immediately, fearing the worst...
It turned out to be the Samaritans - I'm a Gooner and my workmates thought I might need someone to talk to....my, how I laughed

Funny as it is (made me smile), I am sure the Samaritans are not going to want to waste time picking up bogus calls, when people with real problems need to speak to someone...

Good point - I'll delete the phone number.
I did apologise to the nice guy at the Samaratans and explain that it was a practical joke.

That's a quality practical joke   Agree though that the samaratans have to speak to people with real problems who need somebody to talk to

Been done to me before. A note left on my desk with a phone number on and the name 'Sam Harrington' As I don't pronounce my H's it sounds spot on. | |
