Why oh Why did we not get rid of Megson sooner

I've only just sobered up mate I'm trying not to drink at the moment as part of the fitness campaign, but had to have a lot of vodka last night to get over the shock
It obviously was not working with Megson and we should have got rid much earlier. There are not many good teams in Division 1 and we should have easily secured an automatic place rather than struggling to get in the playoffs.
