Best ever Premiership XI?

Been to the pub tonight to watch Chelsea v Barcelona (great match) and we discussed our best ever Prem XI. We had a good mix of City / United / Liverpool / Bolton and even one Chelsea fan and we came up with :

Schmeicel

Irwin
Bruce
Adams
Pearce

Le Tissier
Keane
Viera
Giggs

Shearer
Henry

What do you reckon? Think Abramovich has enough cash to buy all them?

Man this is a good question!!!

Can't really narrow it down to just 11 players as it's all a bit subjective and slightly man utd bias!!

Schmichael (currently Cech but not proven over numerous season)

Irwin
Adams (or Terry)
Bruce (or Pallister)
G Neville

Beckham
Veira (or Keane)
Scholes (or Gerrard)
Giggs

Any two from the following list Henry,Shearer,Cole (still scoring at the top level), Van Nistelrooy, Rooney?.

Will probably edit it once i think of some more!!!

Tricky one this! I've included a few subs because it's impossible to pick just 11!

_________Schmeichel__________

G. Neville__Adams__Terry__A. Cole

Giggs__Vieira __Cantona__Gerrard

________Henry__Shearer_______

Subs: Seaman, v. Nistlerooy, Bergkamp, Zola, I.Wright, Keane, Pires

This is spooky cos we were discussing current Premiership XI.
I went for:

Cech
Finnan Carragher Terry Cole (if fit)

Makelele
Gerrard Lampard

Rooney Van Nistlerooy Henry

That team would kick arse!

You will need a sub for Woodgate

Wouldn't get in my team, great player but not better than Henry, Zola, even Di Canio....

I did see, but it was aimed at the majority. Personnaly I'd have Cantona over Van Nistelrooy.

Definately! I'd have him sitting behind the main striker. I'm an Arsenal fan but i thought Cantona was an immense player for Utd. Just magnificent!
