2011 Transfer Window.

Ok 11 days until transfer window opens and who would you like your club to bring in?

At Spurs i think we need a forward and i'd love to see Dzeko come in from Wolfsburg.

Can see a shed load leaving if Arry can find them a clubs, the following could go i think.
Alnwick
Bentley
Kranjcar
O'Hara
GDS
Pav
Keane
Crouch

No disrespect to Spurs, but I think Bentley was a better player at Blackburn when he played week in - week out. Hasn't O'Hara had a major back op and he's slowly coming back from that? Pav is far too inconsistant for you guys. Needs to come up with the goals more often. Keane is going for sure. Today it's West Ham on a loan deal, with a 3 year deal if he keeps them up. I think the biggest depature will be Kranjcar. Superb player on his day. Woulod be a good player for any of the 'big 4' teams.

Can we have 11 new players please? Priorities are:

New goalkeeper (last one is getting old and rickety)
New central defender
Two new central midfielders (preferably ones that can pass a ball)
Two new strikers (is scoring goals too much to ask?)

Please can we have Martin O'Neill back as well?

Catch 22 with Bentley.
If he was good enough, he'd have held down a first team place.
But he came to Spurs and started acting like a big-time Charlie.

As for Pav's "inconsistency" and "needing to come up with the goals more often"
If you look at the games to goals ratio, he's actually our most consistent striker by far.
Here's a good article for you.

I get with what your saying about Bentley. Mid-table player at best.

Now, definitely.
Thing is, he was a stand-out at Blackburn and no-one blamed Tottenham for thinking he'd be a useful addition.
And when all is said and done, he did score this goal.

Can't see that video as I'm at work, but I'm guessing it's the 4-4 draw with Arsenal?

Bentley is one of those players who could be the best (or one of the best) players in a team, move to another team, and not get a sniff of first team football.

Perhaps Newcastle or Sunderland could make some use out of him.

We need a new manager sharpish before we buy any players few need to be shipped out as well and start bringing these youth players through, we have some huge talent there if we actually started to play some football to utilise it instead of this negative rubbish that hodgson is using.

We are a top 4 team with a top 6 squad with a mid table manager FACT

Hodgson isn't a bad manager. He did very, very well at Fulham (maybe too well). Just the squad and the state it was in when Rafa left as really done Roy over.

We can have a more in depth look at it if you like more than willing to show how rubbish roy is compared to the tactical genius that is Rafa Benitez

If Rafa is such a tactical genius, then how come he's doing so badly at Inter? With pretty much the same squad Jose had.

Sidwell looks to be off to West Ham in the window.

Inter have had alot of injuries. Samuel out for the season, with a whole raft of CM's out plus milito aswell. So it is not all his fault.

As well as having no cash to spend as always wherever mourinho goes he has to have some cash to spend 80 mil on 5 plyers at inter shed load of cash at chelsea and a load at real also he has 2 games in hand at inter so not as if he is well off the pace

Not sure how active the transfer window will be but I would ship out a few with the most likely being Santa Cruz, Adebayor and Bridge.

I'm like Jeff and would like to see Dzeko swap the Bundesliga for the Premier League but come to City instead of Spurs.

There's a chance Given will go out on loan but it certainly won't be to any of the top clubs in England.

Had to smile at Kopchoir's post that they are a top 4 team with a top 6 squad

I have no idea what you are on about half the time. Are you talking about Ashley Young there?

If Mourinho's Inter team can win the treble, then why can't Rafa. He shouldn't need to, and why would he want to, change a team that has won everything this year?

So that leaves Spurs with just one Forward, Defoe
Arry would then need to buy at least 2 forwards and hope they aren't cup tied for the champions league.

Because half the team is injured. That is why he needed players
