So the Packers lost at the Lions today, think this might be the end of their season now. Even if we beat the Pats next week (which I can't see), we still need to beat the Bears in the final game and hope they also lose another game, so the division is gone I think. But I still cant see other teams slipping up enough for us to get a wildcard.

Far too inconsistent this year.

Rodgers missing next weeks game against the Patriots might not be such a bad thing - there's no way you would win in Gillette stadium even with him. Will keep him healthy for the last 2 games.

Goes to show exactly how important Aaron Rogers is to the Pack. I had considered him a potential MVP before Brady went on his latest tear of form. After watching him carve up the Bears last night, if he stays injury free there's only one superbowl winner this year.....

Agreed, some of the plays he's pulled out of the bag this year have been brilliant, when it looked like there was nothing on. Agreed about the Pats too, our only hope would be Rodgers to be fit and them to put out a weakened team to rest some players, but neither will happen, so it's an easy win for them I think.

Can't see us even making a wild card spot. We might get a better record than the Giants if they lose to the Eagles next week, then we beat them the week after, but then Tampa Bay are there as well and I cant see them losing 2 games, maybe 1. Looks like it'll be them and Saints or Falcons who will get the 2 spots.

For any sport, I rarely watch neutral games to be honest, so not seen Brady, but have heard he's been phenomenal lately.

Hope you're right Jimmy, but Bucs lost nearly all important defensive players apart from Ronde during last 3 weeks. I think Saints and Giants/Eagles will clinch WC slots and Bucs & Pack will just miss it.

What a weekend of results! Giants, Packers and Bucs all lost. Gives a glimmer of hope, but I can still see the Giants getting the 6th spot. I think the Packs only hope now is Bears losing tonight (cant see that) and next week (possible) and then us beating the Giants and Bears to get the division.

Don't think I'll be placing any bets though, especially after last night!

How the hell did we throw away a 20 point lead in the last 7.30 minutes?! Im surprised that Coughlin didn't have a heart attack right there on the sideline.

Reckon thats pretty much our season done with now as confidence will be shot, but I can see the Eagles losing at least one of their last two games. If we dont make the playoffs (maybe the NFC East champions, but with my above comment I doubt it) im going to very hacked off, especially as there is a very good chance that the NFC West winners will only have a .500, or worse, record and still get through.

I think the Giants punter is going to have a very uncomfortable time in the NY Media - just a few seconds left and you punt the ball to one of the best returners in the league? Genius, pure genius......

But speaking of great punt returners........Bears are NFC North Champions and Devin Hester has broken the NFL record for return touchdowns

The last wildcard spot in the NFC will be decided in the Giants-Packers game this weekend. I just hope that the Bears end up getting the bye - we will hold the tiebreaker with Philly because of beating them, but we arguably have the tougher remaining schedule with games against the Jets and away at the Packers

Seahawks fan here... will be embarrassing to go through with a losing record!

What a poor division we are in.

Was reading on the Fox sports app that another guy in New York called Matt Dodge has been getting hate tweets! He really hasn't had the greatest season, but he is a rookie and has shown some good punts. But I think now the fans are against him he won't be back.

What the hell? The playoff picture on nfl.com said Packers only hope was to win the division, now they are saying they can tie with the Giants and get the 6th spot. And there's me thinking that was the end of that after the Bears won on Monday.

Congrats, they fully deserve it, been far more consistent than the Pack this season.

As for it being decided this weekend, depends really. Obviously if the Giants win then yeah, but a Pack win only ties them up. We've gotta match their result next week then, and I can see them beating the Redskins so that means we'd have to beat you! Gonna be a very interesting 2 weeks.

Well after last week we were always going to struggle against the Pack and we were just never in the game. I see there are quite a few calls for Coughlins's head but i cant see it happening tbh. But something has to change as this is the seond year when everything has gone wrong in the last few games and wrecked what looked like a quality season.

Just hope that the Eagles dont go far as I cant stand Vick. Think i might route for the Bears, or which ever outsider wins the NFC West, as that would be a great story if a .500 team made the superbowl.

This is shaping up to be a pretty interesting final week! Colts v Titans, Jags v Texans, Packers v Bears, Giants v Redskins, Buccs v Sains, Seahawks v Rams all having an influence over 3 spots.

I'm sure I saw on Sunday Sky advertising Red Zone for next week, should be pretty good if they are showing it.

Yeah they are showing redzone in full for both games with no ads. It'll be on the red button behind whatever channel the main games are on

Finally Brett has decided to retire (again) .
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,195...631536,00.html

But I wouldn't bet on him not coming back.
What I would bet on is him getting into Canton at his 1st attempt in 2016.

But on Oakland going 8-8 after 7 consecutive double digit losing seasons! & a perfect record in the AFC West!

Next season = playoffs or else!

And in a typical Al Davis move, it looks like Oakland's best season for nearly a decade will result in Cable being sacked!

Brett needs to stay retired now, but I'd happily put a fiver on that he'll be back.

As for the weekends results, playoffs! woooo! Gonna be a tough game against the Eagles though.

Just finished watching the game (Ch4). Not sure the Seahawks will go much further

Rams had multiple chances but threw them away at will.

No more games for me till the Superbowl as sadly, once again, no play off games on terrestrial tv

On the iplayer site, it says the show will be on shortly after the programme airs.

Yay! Go Pack! Gonna be another tough game next week against the Falcons, but who knows what can happen on the day.

Pretty nice ending to my birthday after Liverpool losing earlier. Night all!
