Kick / Punch Pad Suggestions

Hoping someone can help here - I know absolutly nothing about punch pads / jab mits etc. and I am after some suggestions of what to get.

I am looking for jab pads, of reasonable quality that wont slip of someones hands.

Also, whilst at it, I am also looking for some type of kick bag, preferably the rectangular type. Again I don't know anything about what is good and what isn't - so all suggestions are welcome.

Thanks...
