I'm assuming the British Super League will still be broadcast by Sky Sports for the 2010 season, but I'm keen to know who will broadcast the Australian NRL season, along with the test matches, City vs Country along with my belovered State of Origin series. The new season is looming.

It used to be Sky Sports then last year it was Setenta Sports who went bust and then for the last few games of the 2009 season it was ESPN.

Any ideas or news on who will broadcast the Australian rugby league in the UK?

MSK (Premier Sports) channel 433 will broadcast at least 3 NRL Premiership games per week

Sky Sports will cover VB Test AUS vs NZ on 7th May 2010, Harvey Norman State of Origin and the NRL Grand Final

Not so great now that Premier Sports (MSK) has gone subscription. £6.99 a month for some of the worst pictures on Sky, no thanks. If it was in HD then I'd be happy to add to my sub but I won't bother now. Shame as I reallly enjoy watching the NRL much more than the frenzied mish-mash that Super League has become

Yeah I know. Shame isn't it.

There are only 5 rounds left anyway in the NRL regular season. Sure I'll miss the final series, but Sky Sports are actually showing the Grand Final (not Premier Sports) so I won't miss much, as I've got Sky Sports.

Apart from the NRL there is no reason for me to subscribe to Premier Sports channel.
