St James Park is Exeter City's ground.
St James' Park is Newcastle United's
You don't need to add the 's' after an apostrophe if the word ends in an 's' already.

I work at the damn place (a sports direct shop) would be nice if instead of changing stadium names and pissing off jordies he upped our wages a bit...havn't got the budget to give you more hours my arse...

Dont really blame ashley, but man, what a silly name.
It's going to be referred to as just st james' park by everyone anyway.
The emirates' case was different because that's the only name that stadium has had.
