My dad and me and my 10 year old nephew are hoping to travel to watch chelsea play at home to fulham on monday 28th december at 3pm.
Tickets go on sale on 30th november but only to members. If I sign up before 30th november will we be guaranteed tickets for the game. Do we all have to pay the membership fee and how do we ensure tickets will be seated beside each other.
This is quite a dilemma as if we are to go I have to book flights tomorrow.

You won't be guaranteed tickets with a standard membership.
There is a 'purchase window' when tickets are released to members....no guarantees though.
EDIT: Taken from the website... Should you purchase a new membership; the membership will not be active for at least 48 hours before you can buy tickets. Therefore you will be unable to purchase tickets the same day as either renewing or purchasing a new membership
Taken from the Ticketing Policy... Week 1 of sales at 1 per Member only.
Week 2 of sales of up to 2 extra tickets per Member and 2 extra tickets per season ticket holder (no more than 3 tickets in total per member/season ticket holder).
Week 3 – General sale (maximum of 4 per person) – subject to availability. A premium of £5 per adult ticket and £2.50 per juvenile/senior citizen ticket will be applied to all non-corporate tickets sold during the general sale period. The premium for general sale tickets has been introduced as part of the ongoing initiative to stop the flow of tickets to ticket touts.

ESPN have only announced upto 26th December so far but doubt they would schedule a game for the 28th given sky's offering on that day.
