Don't want him tbh, heard his latest interview and he's full of hot air.

He has no problem getting back though and covering as a ball stopper.
I welcome him against the top 3.

I think the strangest thing is Bent is now scoring all the time!
Shame he couldn't do it consistently for Spurs.....

That along with knowing he is the main man rather than having a few other strikers on his shoulder ....... he always seemed to play well / score for Spurs but Harry's comments about his mother could have scored that seemed the final straw.

Mike Jones, the referee who incorrectly awarded Darren Bent's goal, will not officiate in the Premier League this weekend, he has been penalised with relegation to Championship for this weekend.
FIFA's laws of the game state "the referee should stop, suspend or abandon the match because of outside interference of any kind", meaning the goal should have been ruled out and the match re-started with a drop ball.

i never quite understand why refs get demoted to the Championship when they make a mistake in the Prem, if they aint good enough for a Prem game then they shouldnt ref at all, why fob them off to the Championship etc

Outrageously overpriced player.
I'm happy with the Spurs attack. Pleased for Bent but praying Cappello doesn't bring him next year over Crouch.
