Nicole SD3000 5:1 - connecting to PC & fuzzing.
Hi, I have quite a complicated problem with my PC sound system, acn anyone help? I have had the Nicole SD3000 system on my PC for quite a while now (used as main Hi Fi, as i just use Itunes) but have never had it connected to my PC properly, In the back of the Subwoofer there are 8 sockets that connect all the speakers to the pc, the problem is i only have one port on my PC were i can connect the speakers to, and the only cable i have with it is split into two, which means i can only connect either 2 speakers or the sub and one speaker. to get round this i put two speakers in one speaker port (dont no any technical terms, but were the speaker cable splits into two and you press a small clip and clip each side of the cable into the socket) But recently the speaker have started to fuzz and i think this may be because i was touching two speaker wires together as they connect to the sub (is this possible) Anyway i hope i havent ruinned the speakers this way, but back to the point, how can i fix the fuzz and how do i connect all 5 speakers to the PC to get proper surround sound? thanks for your help.
