help needed with soundcard

i have just finished building a media centre pc and the only thing i need is a sound card which has a digital out so i can connect to an av amp to output dd and dts from the movies i have ripped into mce i've got a trust 5200 soundcard but i just can't get it to work i think it just doesn't wrk with vista 64ibit. Is there another cheap soundcard what anyone can recommend. so i can finally finish this damn thing or is there way to get this trust card working. To be honest i've tried for weeks now and i'm feel like breaking the soundcard.

it does work with vista if you use my drivers, but for that you have to press F8 each time you boot in order to disable the driver signing facism of Vista.

i have tried pressing f8 but nothing happened yesterday but i'll try later again everytime i try to update driver it does come up with the code 39 (i think) is there any other cheap soundcard where you don't have to go down this proceedure everytime?

code 39 = driver signing still enabled - you've failed to disable it.
