Finding a Bluetooth headset for laptop?

Can someone tell me where I can find a bluetooth headset (earphone and microphone - preferably one-sided/one-ear) for use with a laptop

every I look I only see ones for use with a mobile phone - can those be used with a laptop over skype/msn etc.?

does someone have any experience in using a phone one with a laptop

I am in the same situation looking for some decent bluetooth for my mobile and bluetooth enabled hp laptop(with vista) to use with msn/gtalk/skype.

Anyone can recommend something decent.
