Soundcard question

Im going to have a go at building a HCPC, and need a bit of advice. What sound card would be suitable. It needs to have a digital o/p (obviously!) to feed the amp (Denon 2802, so DD\DTS 6.1). Cost is an issue, I need to keep it as cheap as possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Philips Edge 4.1. Less than £30 incl VAT. Great card for DD/DTS spdif output. Most importantly it WORKS! It also has a proper RCA coax digital output so you don't need a mini jack converter.

Many Many of the new motherboard now come with SPDIF. Look for ABit IT7-MAX2 (optical) or Asus P4PE (coax) as well as 6-channels of analogue sound.
