Hi Hello I'm new at this forum and a new owner for a DG820 and my question is this:

Is it possible to get video out thru the HDMI out when I'm coming in on a component input?

Excellent, so here is my problem, I have my DVD and my kidz Wii game at different inputs, one at the component DVD input and the other on the Video/Audio input, I hear the sound but no video on both cases, My cable box is connected thru HDMI so I have no problem there, Am I missing some programing?

I assume you mean component(red,green and blue plugs) and composite(yellow plug). These are video only connections. You also need to connect with optical,coax or phono leads for audio.

No the 820 does not upconvert (analog video input to HDMI output), you need to also connect via component from the amp to your TV (or the appropriate video output for any other connections you may have).
