Chaps,

Having owned my fourth SE C905 for around six months (I am amazed it lasted that long) the earpiece issue, whereby you cannot hear anyone unless you turn the speakerphone on, has occurred.

I rang O2 on Friday and they offered to repair the thing. I responded with the suggestion that his simply won't do - the C905 is plagued with issues.

After being put on hold by Mark, he confirmed they could offer me a W995 as a replacement.

Does anyone have this handset? If so, is it a winner?

Also, I think the W995 will be a refurbished handset. Is that cause for concern?

I am to ring them back on Wednesday if I want to go ahead as that is when they are expecting W995 stock.
