hi there can anyone help when i try to take a photo i get the message 'another application is running close it and then start the camera' i have no other application running, i took the phone into orange and was told to go on line and download latest software. i have done this and still getting the same message any help greatly appreciated.

You have to flash your phone.
Try the FarManager or some online flashing tool.
