Hi I have a K850i and unfortunately the screen seems to have gone blank whilst the rest of the phone seems to work I have read that it may be a software issue. Is this software available to download? and how can I install the software if I can't see the menus on the phone?

Could be WSOD (white screen of death).

Someone reported this fix:

Tried flashing all sorts of firmwares, generic, cust etc , converted from cid49 to cid52 still no succes

Then i read GDFS and save it for backup.
Flashed it with k800 GDFS, phone alive but hang on certan point.
Flashed back original GDFS and phone work fine
