Hi,
I've recently bought a W302 from Virgin Mobile. I have a problem with text alert tones in as much as they are so quiet, it's impossible to hear if the phone is not right in front of me. I've gone thru the menu but can find no setting to increase the text alert volume. Coupled with the fact that there seems to be no way of changing the default screen of time, Im missing messges. Any suggestions before I flog the thing on ebay and go back to my trusty Samsung?
