Help - mysterious W595 crash

My W595 seems to have developed a fault this morning - I cannot access contacts, my old theme seems to have disappeared and defaulted to an older one and worst of all, the phone is now indicating no network coverage! I have just tried to restore a backup off SE PC Suite with no luck and changing SIM cards also makes no difference. Has anyone else had this problem? Its a second hand phone so sort of hoping its a software fault covered by warranty...

Re: Help - mysterious W595 crash

Problem solved - re-installed software myself using SE update service and it sorted everything! Must have been the software...
