Sky+ "Lost Time"

I've got a bit behind in my viewing and have just started to watch programs recorded Tuesday night. All of them seem to have started recording 10-15 minutes late! This ruined a few key programs like Enterprise (2:20am wed) and The Shield. This latter will cost me money in the long run as I have been religously archiving each episode to DVD and now I'll have to buy the boxset!

Was it just my box or did anyone else experience this?

It's back to normal now, fortunately!

Dave

Dave,
I recorded both those programmes on my VCR and encountered no problems.
I don't know if this helps. Maybe a problem with your Sky box?

Brian.

There was some kind of problem on Tuesday night because at about 7:10 pm none of the channels showed what program was showing next.

I unplugged my box and reset it and when it came back the time was out by 15 munutes.

By the following morning the time was correct again.

Thanks Brian, I'd already pinned it down to Sky+ it was just a question of wether or not it was just mine, or if it was everyone. From what uk_jih says (thanks uk_jih), it seems fairly general.

At least it's fixed now.

Thanks again guys

sky+ to DVD

Dave P

How do you download from sky+ to DVD? Ive got a DVD writer on my PC but can't see how to get Sky+ recordings digitally to my PC.

Don't tell me you disconnect the HDD and install it in your PC.

I tried the PC route but it was too much like hard work! Bought a Panny HS2!
