Sky remote has lost control of Sony Bravia TV

I seem to have lost control of the Sony Bravia I own, using the Sky remote.
I know it can be done but am completely clueless on how to get this back. Even my son can't seem to find the right place on the Sky!
I know this is a pretty simple question any takers?
Thanks
Ashley

  1. Turn on the TV
  2. Hold down select and the red button together on the remote for 2 secs, until the light on the remote blinks twice.
  3. Press TV again
  4. Enter the 4 digit code (I think its 0000 for all sony's)
  5. Press standby, and if it has worked the TV will switch off.

If it has switched to standby you must press select again to memorise the code.
