I use the blue button on Sky+ to flick through my favourites and to bring up the time remaining when playing back a recording. Yesterday it stopped working?... I've rebooted the box and still no joy... has there been some "upgrade" to the OS?.. if so how do I get that feature back?

Sussed it.

Somehow the system setting has been reset to default and the search banner timeout was set to 0 seconds... I changed it to 5 seconds and the blue button is back in action.

Have you/can you try another remote?
Is the box receiving the signal from the remote? (Red light on the box flashes)
Are the batteries OK?
