Parental Control has Started Itself & I Cannot Close it

As the title says my Sky+ box has decided that anything 18 rated and shown in an evening must now have my Pin numebr entered. This started a couple of days ago following 8 months of no such problems. This applies to film channels as well as the obvious "adult" ones.

I have rebooted the system and checked all the parental control settings but the problem still persists. I am 100% sure that nobody else has changed anything.

I have seen suggestions elsewhere that Sky has updated something so does everybody have this problem?

If not how do I get rid of it?
