Sky installation in Huddersfield area

Can anyone help.

My Mum has just forked out of a new HD tv and Bluray package and was going to finish the package with Sky HD.

Unfortunately Sky have been out and refuse to install the dish as it needs to be on the chimney (to high and aukward).

We had requested a 'high' team and one came but to no avail.

I wouldn't mind bu it is only a std 2 storey house (although it does have high ceilings).

Can anyone advise an alternative route.

She lives in the Huddersfield area.
