New to Sky

How much would the full on Sky package, with Sky+ box and installation set me back roughly?

Thanks, Dave

No I live in a house.

We have a dish on the house from previousn resident, so surely that should make it easier for Sky to install?

£30 installation if you take up one of the many offers advertised on this forum. I have the full Sky World package, with mid broadband, and it costs me £60/mo.

Not if they have to remove it first.

Anyway, the dish is free. You pay only for the service call.

Re: New to Sky

The price from Sky online (http://packages.sky.com/buy/) is £150 plus £30 installation. There are better deals on the forum if you look around.

Whilst you may have a satellite dish already in place, for £30 its worth them checking it over, or even replacing it, so that you have 12 months warranty cover on it.

Top package, i.e. movies, sports and all entertainment channels is presently £45, rising to £47 this September in Sky's annual increase!
