Sky + and my internet connection

Every time I plug in my sky + box I lose my internet connection has anyone got a solution to this. I have checked and rechecked all the connections and they're all working but as soon as I add the sky + phone line I have the problem.

You must fit a micro filter to everything that connects to the telephone line.
