Sky+ activation problems

Hi

I recently upgraded my original sky digital box to a sky+ one. I've installed the quad lnb and have this connected up, the sky box is receiving a signal from it as well. Now the problem, phone up sky to get it activated, they say we've done it should take couple of hours to go through. No joy next day! Phone back the next day and they say they need a supervisor to authorise it as its a second hand box. 4 days later still not working. Phone them back up and get told its been suspended for some reason. Speaks to a supervisor and says it should come through now... guess what still not working!!!

Sorry for the lengthy post, but does anyone have any ideas about this?

Upgrade to Sky+ --> Time taken to activate?
