SKY Remote code not working

I have just bought and installed a Hannspree Xv JT01-32E2 LCD TV, the sky list for remote control codes does not contain my tv and I cannot control the volume and mute buttons.

I have searched the internet for hours and hope one of you guys could come up with a genius answer and answer my problems.

I have contacted Hannspree with no reply.

I have managed to answer the problem myself...sort of.

I have eventually made contact with the UK site of Hannspree and the following number will give you direct contact with them

0871 666 0850

Sky are currently processing the codes for Hannspree remote codes, although they dont have a date they think it will be relatively soon when Sky announce them.

So they should be included in the next (revision 9) Sky remote.
