Connection SKY+ to a Wireless AV Sender 2.4 GHz

Help please,

I am finally cracking up. I have purchased a Wireless AV Sender 2.4 GHz form Gizoo and have connected the first unit to my TV downstairs via the supplied scart (single scart not feedthrough).

I then connected the additional reciever to my TV upstairs. No matter what I try I can get picture and sound downstairs and picture upstairs only or picture and sound upstairs and picture only downstairs

Is there something I should be doing ??

If I'm understanding you correctly you should have the AV Sender "Transmitter" connected to the socket marked "VCR Scart" on the back of your Sky box with the scart output marked "TV Scart" (on the Sky box) connected to AV1 on your TV...this gives you Sky on your downstairs TV and the AV Sender "receiver" connects to the TV upstairs...or do you have 1 transmitter and 2 receivers?

No I have one transmitter and one reciever as you said in your post.

I have it set up as you described and I cant get sound upstairs

What type of lead do you have between the receiver and TV upstairs?
