Sky Digibox Best TV Connection?

All,

I am moving to multiroom and in the bedroom want to connect a Sky Digibox to a Samsung LE-32R87BD (has HDMI,Scart, RGB Scart and Component).

Which is the best connection to use from the Sky box for best picture quality.? I need a cable with a 5m length.

The only outputs available from a standard Sky box are RGB and PAL (Sky-speak for Composite video)...these are selectable within the Sky "Services", "System Setup", "Picture Settings", "Video Output" menu.
Note that the socket marked TV Scart is the only one which can output RGB which normally gives you a better/sharper picture compared to Composite video.

I would also suggest that with such a long cable, you should get a good quality, well shielded one like this:
