Hows this deal sound! - SKY+

Hey,

Been on the phone to sky countless times today trying to get a good offer, and finally i think ive got there!! . So how does this sound to you guys: Sky+ Box (trying to get the pace v3) £99, £10 off for next bill, £30 marks and sparks vouchers and fitted on sunday AM!

Best way i found to get the deal is to just phone up and say, very politely of course .

Hello, I have just spoken to a sky staff member on the phone but have misplaced their name. but...... the deal they got me was. free instalation, £10 credit, vouchers and a quick and convienient fitting time and they just agreed!! Took me by surprise i must say.

Well hopefully this has helped anyone who was thinking about getting sky+ and what there offering out at the moment! PS they dont wana no about £50 boxes or cheaper subs

Thanks for reading

.... about 3 weeks ago my fiances parents managed to get a free sky+ and installation for free (by threatening to cancel) and not having to pay for sky+ included in the deal!

So to be honest I dont think its the best deal I have heard of...

Are you an exisiting , returning or a new customer?

I am a returning customer, however it has been over 12 months since i left... so the only deal they are offering me is £50 for sky+ box, and free installation

Re: Hows this deal sound! - SKY+

i was a new customer and got sky+ and install for nothing. Got a brandspanking new v3 amstrad box. There's a thread about the SKy+ IAF offer, it might have expired by now.

Re: Hows this deal sound! - SKY+

I had Freesat once a year ago (again got it for nothing, but that's another story), but I'm a new actual subscriber. Went through the refer a friend dealy, got the free box & install, but the guy would only give me the free box or the BT line credit as I'm moving to a new area without cable.

Phoned up the next day and played the "you said I need a phone line for my Sky box, BT want to charge me, can I have your broadband too?"

All sorted I think the referral thing has finished now though
