Sky+ HD upgrade 7200 or 5400 rpm?

I have been thinking about upgrading the HD in my Pace PVR2. I happen to have a spare 160 gig EIDE HD 7200 rpm. I was wondering about the issues surrounding installing a 7200 HD in a Sky+ box. Are they totally incompatible, is the problem heat, fan on all the time, noise, or other issues. I do know that companies sell Sky+ HD upgrade kits and that they all seem to be 5400 rpm so called "consumer electronic quiet drives". I was wondering if anyone has taken the 7200 rpm route and what issues they have found. Any input welcome. Also does anyone know where to purchase the specialst kits from as I notice xtendedplays website is no longer active.
