My no2 LNB wont lock

hello can you help me my box will not lock on signal no 2 it is a new lmb and cable i cannot recorde on my sky plus and it is freezing for a few seconds about 5 thanks alot darren

Swap feeds 1 & 2 over. If the fault has not switched to input 1 then the tuner (2) is failing. A replacement box will be required unfortunately.
